How To Apply
The Meadows Pre-Nursery:
Application forms for The Meadows can be downloaded here, if you require a paper copy, please contact The Meads & Meadows Office directly.
Once a completed form has been returned to The Meads & Meadows Office, a confirmation letter will be sent by email, and you will be added to our waiting list until your child turns 3.
You will be contacted during the term before your childs third birthday with the opportunity to book a place for the following term. A guideline of our intake dates are as follows:
Spring Intake - all children aged 3 by 31st December
Summer Intake - all children aged 3 by 31st March
Autumn Intake - all children aged 3 by 31st August
The Meads Breakfast Club & Afterschool Club:
Our Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club is open to all children who attend Mill Mead School, Mill Mead School Nursery, and The Meadows. Our session times are as follows:
Breakfast Club, 7.45am-8.45am
Afterschool Club - Session 1, until 4.15pm
Afterschool Club - Session 2, until 5.15pm
Afterschool Club - Session 3, until 6.00pm
We are able to take up to 55 children in our Out Of School Club Setting at any one time, and we are often working at our full capacity due to popular demand. For any prospective parents / carers, we strongly advise that you contact The Meads Office directly to check for availability and waiting list places.
The Meads Holiday Club:
New Parents / Carers can be added to our mailing list at any time, and this can be requested by phone, by email, or through our website. The Meads Holiday Club is open to all children aged 3-11 years, including those who do not usually attend Mill Mead School.
Those who are new to our setting will be asked to complete Child Information Forms, before they are able to attend. No child can be left in our care without an up to date copy of this form recorded.
Booking forms for Holiday Club are sent out to all Parents / Carers on our mailing list. Completed forms are to be returned to The Meads Office by the booking close date, and will be confirmed within one week, once payment has been received in full. More information on Holiday Club forms and programmes can usually be found on our Blog, or Facebook Page.
The page relating to Holiday Club Booking Forms can be found here. Booking forms and programmes will be available here ahead of holidays, until the booking close date for each holiday (as detailed on individual booking forms). Any booking requests made after this date will need to be made directly due to availability.
After the booking close date has passed, booking forms will be removed from our website and will only be available by request from The Meads Office directly.
Places for all areas of our setting are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payment for booking should be made at the time of booking to secure a place.
