Booking forms currently available are:
We have recently started using an online booking platform for all bookings at The Meads, including Breakfast Club, Afterschool Club & Holiday Club. This means that parents can book online via the link below for sessions at the upcoming Holiday Club.
Bookings will close no later than 1 week before the holiday period begins to allow us to confirm staffing.
For those parents who are new to the setting, or have not used this system before, you will be able to create an account when first logging in. For existing users, please use your current log-in details.

After the booking close date has passed, booking forms will be removed from our website and will only be available by request from The Meads Office directly.
Places for all areas of our setting are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Bookings will only be confirmed once payment has been received in full.
Payment for booking should be made at the time of booking to secure a place.
