Meet Our Team
Our Set Up
The Meads Management Group has been set up as a non-profit, committee run organisation. Our Management Committee is run by a team of Volunteers and is made up of Parents/Carers in the local community. We have a Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary, and Parent Users. Each member brings their own experiences and knowledge from varied backgrounds.
Within our setting, we have a Manager, and two Admin Assistants within the office. In our Breakfast, Afterschool, and Holiday Club we have a Deputy Manager for Play, Playleaders,Trainee Playleaders and Volunteers. In our Pre-Nursery we have a Pre-Nursery Leader, Deputy Pre-Nursery Leader, and Nursery Assistants.
Typically we work above the required adult to child ratio in our sessions and ensure that sufficiently trained staff are present at all times.
The Meads/Meadows Office:
Manager: Rosa has been with the company for over 15 years, and she is qualified in Childcare and Business.
Admin Assistants: Jess has been with the company for 9 years and has a great deal of admin experience.
Breakfast Club, Afterschool Club, and Holiday Club:
Deputy Manager - Play: Kerrie is NNEB trained, with a background in childcare. She is also qualified in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
Level 3 Playleaders: Laura is Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding trained.
Level 2 Playleaders: Rachel is Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding trained.
The Meadows Pre-Nursery:
Pre-Nursery Leader: Megan is qualified with degree of Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in Education Studies and Early Years.
Deputy Pre-Nursery Leader: Vicky is NNEB trained, with a background in childcare.
Pre-Nursery Assistant: Lucy is NNEB trained, she is also qualified in Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding.
We also employ a dedicated team of Breakfast Assistants, Playleaders and Trainee Playleaders, who are experienced in leading structured activities and supervising unstructured play. From time to time we also have Volunteers working within our setting.

All of our staff are Safeguarding Trained. We aim to have all of our staff First Aid, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety Trained.
We are currently recruiting for the following job roles:
Level 2 Playleaders (part-time)
Level 3 Playleaders (part-time)
Our Playleader Roles are part-time with the option of being term-time only, or full year (including school holidays). We are currently looking for people with Level 2, Level 3, or Higher relevant qualifications to work in our Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club five days per week, or a combination of days (minimum 3 days per week).
